Day 1

On arrival at Maun Airport, you will be met by a representative of Mack Air who will transfer on a light aircraft flight to Savute Airstrip (25-minute flight).
Upon arrival at Savute Airstrip, you will be met by a representative from Belmond Safaris who will transfer you to Savute Elephant Lodge (40-minute drive).
After check-in, you will spend the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 2

Your days will be spent at leisure exploring the Chobe National Park

Typical Day on Safari (timings may slightly vary)

5:00 am - Wake up call
5:30 am - Tea, coffee, biscuits and your morning activities begin
During your morning Safari you stop in the bush for coffee, tea, hot chocolate & snacks
8:30 am - Return from your Safari for breakfast
After breakfast your day will be at leisure for relaxing, swimming, bush walks, or other activities of a personal preference
1:00 pm - Lunch is served
4:00 pm - Afternoon Tea
4:30 pm - You will depart on your afternoon activity
During your afternoon Safari you will stop in the bush for Sundowner drinks
7:30 pm - Return from your Safari, dinner is served
Enjoy a nightcap & chat around the fire before retiring

Day 3

Your days will be spent at leisure exploring the Chobe National Park

This morning after breakfast, you will be collected & transferred to Savute Airstrip in sufficient time for your light aircraft flight to Xaxaba Airstrip.
Upon arrival at Xaxaba Airstrip, you will be met by a representative from Belmond Safaris who will transfer you to Eagle Island Lodge.
Your afternoon will be spent at leisure.

Day 5

Your days will be spent at leisure exploring the Okavango Delta
