Our financial default insurance policy is underwritten by a specialist insurer in South Africa, Bryte Insurance Company Limited. Testament to our standing commitment to our clients, the company has passed all the financial criteria to provide financial protection against our Suppliers.
The global recession has heightened the need for clients to be vigilant about financial insolvency, with over 50 airlines worldwide already becoming victims of the current economic climate, along with many suppliers. As your Tour Operator, it is our responsibility to ensure that your holiday investment is covered.
We are also registered members of SATSA (South African Tourism Services Association) & ATTA (African Travel & Tourism Association).
The appearance of the SATSA & ATTA logos is a sign of quality and commitment to service excellence and recourse for buyers and tourists.
SATSA & ATTA members adhere to a strict Code of Conduct and are required to submit documentation pertaining to their business annually so that the association can verify they are indeed running a healthy business that can be recommended to international tour operators.
