Begin your safari dream at the renowned andBeyond Nxabega Tented Camp, located in the Okavango Delta, Botswana. Here, experience close encounters with Africa's majestic wildlife during exhilarating game drives led by expert guides. From charming under-canvas extravagance to the Big Five, each moment in this pristine wilderness promises awe-inspiring wildlife sightings.
Continue your journey by travelling to the heart of the Delta and experience the luxuries of andBeyond Sandibe Okavango Safari Lodge. Known as the river that never meets the sea, Sandibe is located on the edge of the Delta waterway. This private concession offers rich and diverse wildlife sightings, bordering the Moremi Game Reserve. Enjoy a relaxing break nestled amongst the forest with breathtaking views of the Santantadibe Channel.
Day 1
- On arrival at Maun, you will be met by a representative of MackAir who will transfer you on a light aircraft flight to Nxabega Airstrip (25-minute flight).
- Upon arrival at Nxabega Airstrip, you will be met by a representative who will transfer you to Nxabega Okavango Tented Camp (15-minute drive).
- After check-in, you will spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 2
Your days will be spent at leisure exploring the Okavango Delta.
Typical Day on Safari (timings may slightly vary)
- 5:00 am - Wake up call
- 5:30 am - Tea, coffee, biscuits and your morning activities begin
- During your morning Safari you stop in the bush for coffee, tea, hot chocolate & snacks
- 8:30 am - Return from your Safari for breakfast
- After breakfast your day will be at leisure for relaxing, swimming, bush walks, or other activities of a personal preference
- 1:00 pm - Lunch is served
- 4:00 pm - Afternoon Tea
- 4:30 pm - You will depart on your afternoon activity
- During your afternoon Safari you will stop in the bush for Sundowner drinks
- 7:30 pm - Return from your Safari, dinner is served
- Enjoy a nightcap & chat around the fire before retiring

- This morning after breakfast, you will be collected & transferred to Nxabega Airstrip in sufficient time for your light aircraft flight to Chitbae Airstrip
- You will be met by a representative from andBeyond who will transfer you to Sandibe Lodge
- Your afternoon will be spent at leisure.
Day 6
Your days will be spent at leisure exploring the Okavango Delta.
