Begin your adventure in the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro where you will spend your first night in the natural gem of Arusha. This welcoming town is the perfect stop-over before your safari and offers rich flavours of Tanzanian life and culture.

Tarangire National Park

Next, travel through rural Tanzania to the welcoming environment of Oliver's Camp, located in the southern part of the Tarangire National Park. Immerse yourself in the African wilderness and experience the thrill of the wildlife-rich Silale Swamps. With colossal baobabs, grassy plains and vast herds of elephants, this unique landscape offers an exclusive and genuine safari experience.

Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Continue the adventure at The Highlands Camp, located in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Offering sweeping views of surrounding landscapes, including the volcanic mountains, this award-winning destination promises an unforgettable stay. Despite its private location, the sought-after Ngorongoro Crater is only a 1-hour journey away, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here, experience close-encounters with a variety of wildlife, including lion, leopard, heyna, buffalo and elephant. Additonally, the Empakaai Crater for the thousands of flamingos that gather along the shores of its soda lake.

Serengeti National Park, Tanzania

Conclude your journey at the luxurious Sayari Camp, situated in a prime location to witness the Great Migration, where thousands of wildebeests leap across the crocodile-infested Mara River. When not out in the bush spotting lion and other big cats or watching huge wildebeest herds, while away an afternoon around the pool or schedule a massage at the spa.

Day 1

On arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, you will be met by your guide & transferred to your overnight hotel in Arusha.
After check-in, you will spend the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 2

This morning after breakfast, you will be collected & transferred by road through Tarangire National Park to Oliver's Camp.
After check-in, you will spend the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 3

Your days will be spent at leisure exploring the Tarangire National Park, Tanzania

Typical Day on Safari (timings may slightly vary)

5:00 am - Wake up call
5:30 am - Tea, coffee, biscuits and your morning activities begin
During your morning Safari you stop in the bush for coffee, tea, hot chocolate & snacks
8:30 am - Return from your Safari for breakfast
After breakfast your day will be at leisure for relaxing, swimming, bush walks, or other activities of a personal preference
1:00 pm - Lunch is served
4:00 pm - Afternoon Tea
4:30 pm - You will depart on your afternoon activity
During your afternoon Safari you will stop in the bush for Sundowner drinks
7:30 pm - Return from your Safari, dinner is served
Enjoy a nightcap & chat around the fire before retiring

Day 4

This morning after breakfast, you will be collected & transferred by road out of the park to Highlands Camp in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Your days will be spent at leisure exploring the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Tanzania

Day 6

This morning after breakfast, you will be collected & transferred by road to Lake Manyara Airstrip in sufficient time for your light aircraft flight to Kogatende Airstrip (3-hour drive).
Upon arrival at Kogatende Airstrip, you will be met by a guide who will transfer you to Sayari Camp (20-minute drive).
Your afternoon will be spent at leisure.

Day 7

Your days will be spent at leisure exploring the Serengeti National Park, Tanzania

Optional Activities at Sayari Camp include:

View the Great Wildebeest Migration (season dependent)

Day 8

Your days will be spent at leisure exploring the Serengeti National Park, Tanzania

Day 9

This morning after breakfast, you will be collected & transferred to Kogatende Airstrip in sufficient time for your light aircraft flight to Kilimanjaro.
Upon arrival in Kilimanjaro, you will connect with your onward flight.
