When you travel with us to witness the Great Migration, you can be assured of a safari planned with respect for the wild. While we don’t set vehicle limits ourselves, we work closely with trusted partners and guides who share our conservation values.
We actively plan itineraries to avoid the busiest times and encourage viewing beyond the river crossings, so you experience the migration in its fullest story, from the drama of the Mara River to the quieter moments of calving and grazing on the plains.
It depends on what you’d like to experience:
Tanzania (Serengeti): Best for calving and early migration stages.
Kenya (Masai Mara): Best for dramatic Mara River crossings and wide-open plains. Many of our guests combine both for the full picture.
For peak months (July–October), we recommend booking 12–18 months ahead to secure the best camps and lodges.
